we immediately felt very welcome in this hotel. Baggage was brought to the room by a very friendly piccolo and he explained everything about the room in a perfect english language. We needed to print some pdf documents and an Apple Computer with laserprinter was free to use in the lounge for the hotel guest. Free wifi available in the entire hotel. The hotel is situated very close to the M2 metro line at Blaha Lujza tèr which connects to the Deák Ferenc tèr station from where you easily can transfer to the other metro lines M1 and M3. The room is not very big but it is of a high quality. A nice flatscreen tv, very nice bathroom, the beds were not too hard or too soft. The reception asked us about our stay when we checked out. Our one-word reply: Perfect! I would highly recommend this hotel not only for its facilities but also for the very good ARAZ restaurant where we had an excellent dinner and the location near the M2 metro line. Price/Quality balance is how it should be.

We had a very pleasant stay and found this hotel to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . The friendly staff were most helpful and the hotel itself is well finished ,clean and tidy.The hotel had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing and the the professional staff help to make it easy to recommend .

séjour parfait- nous avons signalé que nous venions fêter des 80 ans... l’intéressée a trouvé une bouteille de champagne, une corbeille de fruit et de petits chocolats dans sa chambre!
tout est de bon gout et de très bon standing...à recommander!

We certainly can recommend this hotel!
The live music from the grand piano at night gave a special atmosphere. The staff in the reseption offered us information about tours in town and also which restaurants to visit. If we come back to Budapest this hotel will definately be booked again! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Uitstekend hotel met erg vriendelijk en behulpzam personeel. Fijn dat je ook lekker kunt ontspannen in de welness. Het ontbijt is geweldig.
