Overall very good, but in general the room and the wellness area felt very small compared to the grand lobby entrance. Also, the hotel appears to charge fees for everything. I racked up 20 euros in fees asking for extra blankets and calling the front desk, this would never happen at another hotel.

Met een groep vrienden op stap geweest. ca. 10 minuten lopen naar de rivier. Prima hotel. niets mis mee. aanrader.

I cannot fault this hotel. When we arrived we had a free room upgrade as it was our anniversary, the next day a bowl of fruit, biscuits and champagne arrived! We like walking and walked for miles, the hotel is in the Jewish Quarter, lots to see and in the evening many good restaurants and bars.
The staff were really helpful and very polite, the room really nice and breakfast was great. Highly recommended!

The location and price during our stay left us with an overall good experience. In saying that the experience could of been considerably better if the service of the concierge and breakfast was improved.
