Even it was quite short, given my daily obligations, the accommodation was pleasant and comfort, the room was very clean and in order, the check in and check out very fast and professional. The lobby was astounding!

Only been for night over, not used spa or restaurant. Everything is ok, tv had problems.
breakfast was good, just the coffee wasn't the best.

Hotel was good, clean and staff gave good service, but not as good as I expected. When I chosed this hotel it was because of good rates, rating was very high.
It's a pity that you didn't make the lobby nicer, first impression is very important but unfortunately the lobby is instead simple and out of stile. Not as the rooms, modern styled and cosy. Not either old fashion and classy as the building whispers about.
Was also a bit upset about check-in, we came early, around 11.30, and I do understand that check in starts at 14.00 but when we came back at 13.50 the rooms where still not ready and we were informed that they will take an other 40 minutes to be ready. I became upset and complained about this and we had the rooms at 14.20. Anyway this is not acceptable, as the reception know that we where waiting they should have informed the housecleaning to make priority to our rooms. I know that all rooms should be ready at 14.00 but all guest are not waiting for their rooms so thats why it would have been reasonable to make a priority. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and had a nice weekend.

Fantastic stay! Staff were great and the hotel was just lovely. The location is quiet, but still within a 10 min walk of everything.
