Buena ubicacion,diseño elegante y bonito,personal eficaz y amable,desayuno de los mejores que he visto,habitacion comoda y suficiente, limpieza impecable,practico spa, totalmente recomendable.

This was the second time I have had the pleasure to stay at your hotel. I cannot express how satisfied I have been both times. Your staff is very friendly and helpful and I recommend your hotel to everyone I know who is coming to Budapest.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

W-Lan leider nur durch Eingabe eines Codes möglich, der vor jedem neuen Log-in an der Rezeption geholt werden muss.

very comfortable stay. Though the outing environment is not extremely descent but the hotel itself is very cosy. The hotel staff is very helpful as well. I will stay with the hotel for my next trip to Budapest

Je ne reviendrai pas! Le personnel est souriant mais totalement incompétent : l hôtel était soit disant complet et il n'y avait aucune autre chambre de dispo!!!!! Ce qui était faux! nuit face à un immeuble délabré voitures et tram! La climatisation ( grille apparente) est bruyante.. Je suis arrivé 2h avt à l aéroport acause d une erreur du concierge! C est un hôtel qui se veut un 4 étoiles sup mais tout est ds l apparence : car en réalité parquet et carrelage en plastique ! Chambre petite , télé petite ds un énorme cadre noir qui donne l illusion d un grand écran ! Salle de bain odorante, chambre bruyante, quartier peu recommandable la nuit! Spa très décevant , il n y a que la salle de sport qui est conforme aux prévisions: bref une belle publicité des belles photos et réalité non conforme aux attentes..
