A nice hotell with clean and nice rooms. Mayby a little small but ok. good service with professional personel working behind the desk. Luggage assistant is a plus. Well worth the money.

The hotel zara we are with partners felt the home pleasant. The staff was friendly, I believe that you have just enough control over computers that see your bills because although it got a bit for us is that we had a higher Bill than should be, and if it does not, of course, as the guest can check that cost more. However, if you would review you and your hotel, I consider that the four stars are acceptable ...Thanks for the opportunity and have a nice day

LOVELY HOTEL STAFF FRIENDLY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. LOCATION GOOD FOR TRANSPORT AROUND THE CITY. WOULD USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN ON FURTHER TRIPS TO BUDAPEST AND WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND IT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

all in all a nice hotel hotel, in some cases the cleanliness was neglected
