Zara Continental Hotel is very well situated, one minute walk from the subway station, and in the middle of a nice area, full of bars and restaurants. The room was clean and modern, with a flat TV screen and Internet access. The bathromm was modern too, but a bit small. I enjoyed my stay there.

Very Nice hotel,good lokation, very good restaurant, a bit pricy though. The Spa area is excellent but it would be nice if the opening hours would be a bit longer. A Desk is in the room it would be nice to have it arranged in a way that on can work on it.

Upon arrival, I realized the room booked was really small, so I asked for an upgrade and I was proposed another, wider and very nice, well decorated. There was a large window in the atrium but blinded with hazing plastic film, and anyway looking over the inner courtyard -nothing really fancy- so it was rather dark. Also the bathroom was nice, but a little narrow, and it was a bit complicated to enter and exit the shower as doors were bumping in the toilet. No place were to hang or drop hans towels neither. So nice hotel, a little expensive if compares its features, so would merit a little effort on accessories settings and satifacton of clients during their stay.

We were greeted with great professionalism and kindness remarkable.
All staff was trying to understand us (we speak only French) and be understood with great patience and skill.
The staff is numerous, effective and available to customers.
Services are impeccable and the cleanliness is always maintained.
Breakfast is plentiful, varied and good quality.
The rooms are tastefully decorated. The lobby is spacious and welcoming (beautiful). In general everything was laid out with class.

excellent hotel friendly and helpful staff. room was cleaned everyday and was left spotless. breakfast was also excellent all tastes catered for. If we were to return to budapest this hotel would be our first choice
