Tolles Ambiente, und als Innenarchitekt finde ich die Farbstellungen in allen Bereichen sehr angenehm. Der Empfang und die im 1. Stock befindliche Bar unter dem großen Bogen erzeugen ein "Wohlfühlgefühl".

We can recommend this hotel as it is close to all locations and to the Metro station (Blaha Luzjer Ter). Very clean and very modern styled. Different German TV channels.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. I loved here almost everything. The staff very polite and hospitable. I will recommend it to friends.

We had a really good stay! We especially enjoyed the spa, which was very clean and well designed. Would have liked to use the outdoor pool too, even in winter, but understand that that's difficult. Would be nice if all members of staff at the reception was proffesional, but most of them were really good! The two incidents with staff that were a bit strange were one where we asked for information about an area with restaurants not too far away from the hotel. All we were given was a brochure with restaurants the hotel would recommend, which wasn't very helpful. The other incident was when we bought a movie in the room, and it was cut off before it was over, and we didn't get to see the whole thing. We talked about this with someone at the reception, and it was like she was trying to make us feel guilty when we didn't want to pay for it. She was saying how she would have to pay for it from her own pocket, if we weren't correct. This shouldn't be our problem, we just thought paying almost 10 euros for a movie would give us the whole movie. Anyway, besides this- it has been of our best hotel stays ever! And we've traveled a lot :) PS. the guy who opens the door for people should get a bonus! ;)

Kamer klein maar comfortabel, prettige inrichting,sanitair prima, redelijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
