I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and descrete. I enjoyed my stay.

On the whole, I was very satisfied with the service provided and found the hotel staff very welcoming and very professional, being at the same time helpful and responsive to all requests I had. I mostly had dinner out but on the one occasion I had dinner at Araz restaurant, I also found restaurant staff very professional. Massage experience was amazing upon my first visit, just only average the second time and unfortunately below average the third time I went. I was even wondering if all spa staff had proper training and/or due experience, although they surely meant to provide good service. The wellness area is decent, although quite small, the best part being the outside rooftop pool, which is closed in the winter though. The room however was far below my expectations: small room and even smaller bathroom (shower cabin was so small it felt uncomfortable), no real floor carpet but cheap linoleum, no real bed base but a mere plank, no soft mattress, no feather pillow or duvet, no real bedside lamp, etc. It feels like upon designing and/or building the hotel, they were trying to save money in all possible ways. Together with the dark colours, all this made the room look cold and very uncosy. On top of this, rooms are not soundproof at all: I was woken up by other hotel guests returning to their room at night and by cleaning staff in the morning, no to mention slamming doors and other guests' footsteps one floor up. It is very sad for the former grand Hungária fürd? to have now made way for a hotel that looks like it has been designed and built (and furnished!) pretty much as a low-cost hotel let's say like Motel One in Germany.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Service und tollem Frühstück. Die Preise für die Tiefgarage und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer sind jedoch verbesserungsfähig.

Very good service, the staff was excellent. Good location - walking distance to everything. Breakfast and parking a bit expencive.
