In 5 Tagen hat man nicht gemerkt, dass der im Zimmer befindliche Kühlschank defekt war.

die küche im araz ist fantastisch!! beim frühstück wurde ein bisschen rasch abserviert.

the hotel has been very well refurbished, it's very clean e comfortable, the personnel is, with just one exception, very kind and professional. The location is very practical, near to the town centre

Ich habe meine Brille im Bett liegengelassen und direkt eine halbe Stunde später nach check in angerufen und gebeten sie aus dem Zimmer zu holen. Da hat sich leider keiner für veranwortlich gefühlt. Es hiess nur die ist wahrscheinlich in der Wäsche gelandet.

Our stay was good, we enjoy our Holidays in Budapest and thanks to the continental hotel Zara everything was beautiful!
My only suggestion is to improve the cleaness of the SPA and the rules among all the guests in it( sometimes rudes).

Thanks a lot to the staff! I hope we'll came another time in Budapest.. And our choise will be continental Zara!

Perfect stay, I ll come back when I ll be again in Budapest ! Perfect wellness & massage ! The decoration of the room is really nice ! Everything is clean and the bathroom is spacious and the room as well ... I liked to stay there and I ll recommend to all my contact when they will travel to Budapest !
