The hotel is well located, the architecture and interior is very interesting and beautiful, the whole place very clean, it has good offer of food for a great price and polite and professional hotel staff. The spa area is also nice, only a bit small.

A parte il disguido della colazione del giorno di partenza, il soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto. Ottima l' accoglienza alla reception. Non capisco perchè una signorina della reception ci abbia vivamente sconsigliato il ristorante Gundel. Ci siamo andati comunque e ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Wenn ich Student wäre und einen Minimalstandard habe, dann ok. Aber edle Fliesen und Lampen mit Blattgold ersetzen nicht den Service. Es besteht aber eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und zu Fuß ist es auch nicht weit in die Innenstadt. Andere Hotels mit genauso viel Sternen sind weitaus besser im Service und günstiger. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen. Wenn man ein größeres Zimmer wählt ist es bestimmt auch komfortabler. Aber auch ein Standardzimmer sollte kein Schuhkarton sein.
