Satisfactory. The employees were 10 out of 10, the room we were in was under expectation, as it was not comfortable (the reason I booked deluxe was the size, but I was disappointed).

We had a wonderful visit to Budapest and the hotel experience was amazing, a beautiful place a warm and friendly atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and considerate and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable.

We had a lovely time in Budapest and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
