Very clean. Very nice friendly staff. Lift buttons on level 3 broken when pressing for the round floor. Wasn't fixed on our 4 day stay so had to press for a different level eventually and then press ground in the lift

Molto gentili e disponibili, camera super pulite e ben tenute, era il compleanno del mio fidanzato e sono stati gentilissimi a rendere questo giorno speciale. Super consigliato, davvero un ottimo hotel

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto positivo: dal servizio taxi da e per l'aeroporto, all' accoglienza e gentilezza del concierge, alle informazioni richieste nella hall. Ottima la posizione dell'hotel, per non parlare degli eleganti, retrò e raffinati spazi comuni. La colazione buona e abbondante. Lo spazio della piscina e delle saune un po' sovraffollato. Ma un buon momento di ristoro al rientro in hotel. Un servizio necessario. Grazie a tutto il personale dell'hotel per la gentilezza e professionalità dimostrata.
