Continental Hotel Budapest

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto positivo: dal servizio taxi da e per l'aeroporto, all' accoglienza e gentilezza del concierge, alle informazioni richieste nella hall. Ottima la posizione dell'hotel, per non parlare degli eleganti, retrò e raffinati spazi comuni. La colazione buona e abbondante. Lo spazio della piscina e delle saune un po' sovraffollato. Ma un buon momento di ristoro al rientro in hotel. Un servizio necessario. Grazie a tutto il personale dell'hotel per la gentilezza e professionalità dimostrata.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit grosser Terasse, sehr bequemes Bett und extrem sauber.
Die Garage ist auch vom Vorteil, allerdings da sie nicht so gross ist, es könnte sein dass sie voll ist...lässt sich aber alles schnell regeln.
Grundsätzlich auch das Frühstück ist ok, vielleicht nur nicht am 1en Jänner...

I invited my friends to stay in this hotel with me and their experience at this hotel was quite unpleasant as well. The room was cramped, and both the sauna and pool were smaller than expected. Towels were stained, which reflected poor hygiene standards. The stay was overpriced, with extra parking fees added. To make matters worse, they noticed an unexplained additional charge on their credit card after leaving. Definitely not a place to recommend.

My overall experience was disappointing. The room, sauna, and pool were all small, and the towels were stained, which was unacceptable.
