view from the room is disappointing, looking at a wall. Conference Area big screen for the people in the front difficult to see, to high mounted

Everything was fine except tv internet wasn’t working properly. Even the BB rooms in Italy have better smart tv’s

Great overall experience, with more choices in terms of food from the bar at night if you don’t fancy going out, I would give 5/5.

Our stay was fantastic, staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel and our room was stunning, clean and comfortable with a nice central location. The breakfast has anything you would like/need. Overall we had a stay, would stay again and recommend to friends.
