would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, my overall experience was not satisfactory.

I was quite disappointed with the hotel’s location, as there was a significant amount of noise coming from outside, as well as from the air conditioning system. This made it difficult to rest comfortably.

Given the reputation associated with the Continental name, my expectations were understandably high. At first glance, your brand suggests a high level of facilities and service quality. However, my experience did not align with these expectations, and it felt closer to what one might expect from a budget hotel rather than a premium offering.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can help improve the experience for future guests.

As a centrally located hotel, some level of street noise can occasionally be present. We would have been more than happy to assist during your stay by checking the air conditioning system and offering a quieter courtyard-facing room, subject to availability. Please note that all our rooms meet the same quality standards, and we are always at our guests’ disposal to assist with any requests and provide alternative room options whenever possible.

Regarding breakfast and in-room amenities, we continuously strive to maintain a high standard of quality and variety. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments for review and improvement. Our housekeeping team is also always available to assist promptly with any additional requests during the stay.

Hotel ist gut. Fitness öffnet leider erst um 9 Uhr, das ist etwas schlecht wenn vor dem Frühstück bereits gerne ein Training sein sollte. Frühere Öffnungszeiten wäre zu empfehlen. Empfang nicht ganz so freundlich wie gewünscht

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Ihnen unsere hervorragende Lage, die gepflegten Einrichtungen und die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit unseres Teams so gut gefallen haben. Es freut uns auch, dass Sie mit dem Komfort Ihres Zimmers und der Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel zufrieden waren.

Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten bezüglich des Wellnessbereichs und der vorübergehenden Schließung der Dachterrasse während Ihres Aufenthalts. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Dachpool saisonal geöffnet ist und nur in den Sommermonaten zur Verfügung steht. Der Panoramablick von der Dachterrasse ist jedoch ganzjährig für unsere Gäste zugänglich. Während Ihres Aufenthalts wurden außerdem Renovierungsarbeiten am Boden der Dachterrasse durchgeführt, wodurch der Zugang eingeschränkt war. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Verständnis.

Très bel hôtel , très bien situé (pizzeria au coin de la rue à recommander, ruin bars à une rue) avec une grande qualité de service. Je recommande tout particulièrement les massages et le hall avec piano le samedi soir ou encore café et eau (fraiche / gazeuse) à volonté . Conciergerie pour garder les valises jusqu'au départ. Nous reviendrons !
