Please open the fitness / Gym for business people! From 6 to 22h is normal. ) to 21h is just for tourist.

Los trabajadores y restaurante muy amables, vestíbulo bonito pero poco acogedor por el mobiliario

Lamentamos, sin embargo, que algunos aspectos de su estancia no cumplieran del todo con sus expectativas, en particular el servicio de limpieza y la distribución de los baños. The overall experience was great - just some minor improvements required but the location was excellent everything was walkable. The pool area and saunas were great as well as the staff and the interiors of the location were lovely. The rooms were a good size and WiFi / screen share worked perfectly. Additionally, great breakfast options! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Budapest :)

At the same time, we appreciate your constructive comments. We regret any inconvenience regarding the in-room amenities, ventilation, and the waiting time upon arrival. While our official check-in time is 15:00, we always do our best to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible.
Please kindly note that room ventilation is ensured, and the windows can be tilted open for fresh air. In the bathroom, we provide a combined shower gel and shampoo in a wall-mounted dispenser, and the complimentary vanity box includes a selection of useful toiletries. Should the wall-mounted hairdryer not meet your expectations, we are happy to provide a standard handheld hairdryer upon request.
We have also noted your remarks regarding service response times and will review this internally. Our team is always happy to assist with any requests, and we kindly encourage you to share any concerns during your stay so we can address them promptly.
