Wir haben ein Upgrade für 20€ die Nacht gebucht. Da in anderen Zimmer die Tür offen stand, konnte ich vergleichen und keinen Mehrwert erkennen. Aber egal alles war super

Loved Budapest, great experience, disappointed with the service of a 4* hotel. You need alot more attention to detail. Under no circumstances should I have to ask for a kettle, milk or sugar. This should have been standard in the rooms. Also only one robe when there was two of us. It’s poor service.
