Sad - would like a manager to contact me to make a complaint as the stay was uncomfortable and the staff did not deal with this adequately.

I enjoyed the stay. But, to say one more thing: At breakfast, waiters took my cup full of tea and a glass with juice, could they not see that I had not finished my breakfast? This was not a good experience. Otherwise, very helpful staff, as I wrote above.

I liked the location of the hotel. Close to local restaurants and bars but nothing fancy. The staff were friendly and the hotel was really clean. The only problem was the internet connection. I did not have good connection some parts of the room and no connection in the wellness area.

My friends I love this hotel and have visited before and will visit it again! Great food great service and fabulous position. I love a hotel with history and style yet a modern feel too. This ticks all the boxes.

Goede centrale ligging. Je loopt zo naar het centrum. Parkeren is helaas niet gratis maar kost ook niet zo veel. Kamer is netjes en schoon en goed ge- airconditioned.

Very pleased with my stay at the hotel, very well kept and excellent service in excellent English. I was upgraded which was a nice surprise and had a luxurious room with good temperature. Everyone was keen to answer questions and be of service. It was a bit far from the center, especially with the heat wave but it was still fine to walk 20 minutes to get to some of the main squares. The tram was close and the hotel was easy to find.

Ich war auf der Durchreise da ich Freunde in Ungarn besuche.
Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und empfehle das Hotel gerne weiter.
