All the hotel staff showed discriminatory elements against Asians. It was difficult to place any order accordingly. One female staff member, with a cold face, continued to treat me quite badly. There was no guidance from Wellness. Nevertheless, the facilities were great and everything was clean.

The room was in the perfect location, the rooms were very comfy and the staff were very effiecient and friendly. The hotel has loads of character however it was unfortunate that building works were going on the entire time of our stay on the interior roof balacony. This was very noisy and we should have been informed about this before we booked.
