A very enjoyable stay. The hotel, service and experience was really positive. The room was a little on the small side that there was not really room to sit on a chair, but it was clean, fresh and had comfortable beds

I order the hotel to wake me up 4.30 to go to the airport. But they did not. They say that they did.
I hate lies like that. I am still angry of this lie.
I hade my iPhone so it wake me up in time.
Everybody can make mistakes but i really hate lies. If you do some mistake stand up for it.

Hell..hell..four days of my stay at the hotel it was a disaster....the building next to this hotel is usually a hostel for young people...!(Marco Polo)you can never sleep because of loud noise..absolutely 1.2.and maybe the 3rd floors are not suitable for relaxation...when we saw the sırt in my bathroom we didn't evden go to are the pool...all my Budapest vacation time filled with the worst memories...this hotel never deserves a 4.5 star...there are certainly at least 20 better hotels in this location for this Price....never staying in a Continental group hotel...belive in cheating pictures on website..

We stayed two nights at your hotel and it met our expactations very well. Big room, Clean, nice breakfast.

No nice welcome, no nice check-out. We felt like being in a hostel rather than a hotel. The four stars are for sure not justified I would give it a maximum of 3 stars. Would not recommend the hotel to anybody.

Very Short, yet very comfortable but i recommend any one who wants to stay close to the centre and the spring bridge...the shopping district is also close by.

Very good, will return but jacuzzi was hard to get a spot, ppl must stay no longer than 15mns
