Heel mooi hotel en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Minpuntje was dat ik de 1e nacht wakker werd van sirenes. Die reden op de straat die parallel loopt met de straat waar het hotel staat.

Not 4 stars standards. You changed the lock on the second date of our stay without any notice except a sign at the lobby by the elevators which no one would notice. We went down to the front desk and were told “oh we changed the lock” and given a new card without a single word of apology for inconvenience caused (exactly same happened to our friends in a different room). This is really bad management as you could change it before guests check in and not while the guests are still staying in the room.

Everything was great-breakfast had very good spread. The restaurant food was very good.The room was large enough bit the shower area was too small for an average built person. Overall we had good experience.

The hotel had a very unique and personable ambience -- the history was palpable in its halls. My stay was sadly too short but I resolve to return on my next business trip to Budapest to take advantage of the culinary and wellness offerings!
