We really couldn’t fault this hotel on anything. It was a lovely place to stay: light, airy and calm. The breakfast catered for every taste and was very good indeed. It felt like the staff really enjoyed working there, which says a lot. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others and it would be our hotel of choice if we return to Budapest. The entrance door is pretty amazing Secession too!

Very good, although the construction site in front of the hotel and the unfriendly checkout lady were unsatisfactory

Great, the spa was a bit smaller than we expected but overall a very good experience. We loved the piano bar and the breakfast.

Regarding the room temperature, we understand how individual comfort levels can vary, and with the changing seasons, maintaining the perfect balance can be challenging. Our central heating system is adjusted gradually as the weather changes, and we are always happy to assist guests by providing portable fans or adjusting radiators upon request. Very disapointing, becuase you have not understood the concept of service.

We are glad that our central location contributed positively to your visit.

We are, however, sorry that our fitness and wellness facilities did not fully meet your expectations. As a city hotel, these areas are intended primarily as leisure amenities for our guests. When establishing the opening hours, we carefully considered the peaceful rest of all guests. While the gym can occasionally be opened earlier upon request, the wellness area is only accessible during its scheduled hours. Please note that all conditions and opening hours of our facilities are indicated on our website, so guests can plan accordingly.

We always encourage guests to share any special requirements during their stay so we can assist and provide alternatives whenever possible. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve communication and service for future guests.

This was our first time in Budapest and we travelled to the hotel using the airport express bus. It is a less than 10 minute walk from the bus stop and a great base for exploring the city. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was warm, well maintained and the hotel offers everything you need for short city break with a fantastic breakfast buffet with a choice for everyone. My only negative (which is out of the control of the hotel) is that it can be quite noisy outside if you have a low floor outward facing room - we were on the 1st floor. If you are a light sleeper like me, then maybe request a high floor on internally facing room. Apart from that, would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Pleasant and comfortable hotel, rich, varied and good breakfast. Very pleasant service. In terms of location, it was a bit far from the center for us. It is located in the Jewish Quarter, near a supermarket and kosher restaurants, and at the same time, there are many bars for entertainment. As a mother and daughter, the distance from the center was less suitable for us
