I am going very often for business trip to Budapest and wanted to try something new, but sadly the air conditioning didnt work in my room and mattress was in shape of a bathtub. Not sure only my room had this problem, but not interested to try again.

Stylish hotel, good room and -breakfast. Rooftop pool was noisy mess several times in three day stay

Pluspunten · Good location in Jewish area. Mostly good and stylish hotel. Our room 2nd floor on garden side not big but reasonably quiet and comfortable. Huge bed. Breakfast excellent. Lots of restaurants and (wine) bars around.

Minpunten · Parking price not cheap. Lobby bar is iconic but turned out closed for work. Rooftop swimming and lounging areas sometimes nice, but often a mess with noisy and drinking people , smoking and keeping seats occupied. Needs much better 'order keeping'!

Chief concierge was very helpful
Construction in the hotel should have been finished by now . Too late because the season has started and still a lot of noise
No bar to sit and have a few drinks
Value for money ?

All the hotel staff showed discriminatory elements against Asians. It was difficult to place any order accordingly. One female staff member, with a cold face, continued to treat me quite badly. There was no guidance from Wellness. Nevertheless, the facilities were great and everything was clean.
