I think it was OK, but the aircondition was the main reason i didnt like it so much this time. I think we payd to much for the room consider the aircondition.

Enjoyed the hotel. However the room was a bit stuffy so I turned on the air-conditioning and it did nothing so I had to open the window and I was woken up about 3 to 4 times with people shouting on the street. My parents experienced the exact same thing in the room beside me

All of the staff from the maids, to the reception, to the doormen were lovely and helpful. There’s a particular maid where I regretfully did not ask her name (cleaned fifth floor 18/04/23, dark hair, piercing above top lip) who was really kind and helpful. However, really disappointed with the room and facilities as they were not, what we feel, we were sold. We did not sleep well at all. The room was a lot smaller than expected, far too hot, and with an uncomfortable bed. We were told we would get a fan to help with the heat but this did not come to fruition presumably because there wasn’t one available. We slept with the window open but the street was loud with people and/or traffic throughout the stay. Breakfast had a lovely variety but this was room temperature at best. Finally, we spent around 30 minutes in the wellness suite as it was lacklustre and the saunas were either full or apparently not working. The garden terrace was messy and unkept, and it was a shame the pool was not open as the weather was lovely and extra room would have been nice.

Nice hotel close to the metro station and close to the city center. Friendly staff.

Love this hotel, our 3rd stay here, it did not disappoint. We will return. Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary there and we wouldn't have gone anywhere else else. The hotel is beautiful, set in an historic area and staff all great.
