Mon séjour à Butapest s'est vraiment bien passé grâce à la qualité de l'accueil et du service de la réception de votre hôtel (informations sur les moments historiques, accès, transport, renseignements sur les stations thermales, aide pour imprimer mon bording card de départ....).

Average.. this was à special occasion for us and we specified it when booking. Not only was there no special attention nothing but it did not even meet our standard expectations ..
Some parts were good: the massage, spa is nice, bar is nice (although it closes too early), but the restaurant, the room and the overall service was really bad. All in all we spent over 600€ in the hotel over the week end (Restaurant one night + room for 3 nights + 1 massage for 2), which is a lot.. and I do not feel like it was worth it .. we loved Budapest and we will be back, but not in this hotel ..
