To be refused water having paid for 3 nights is poor

We are pleased to read that you appreciated our convenient location for exploring Budapest, as well as the cleanliness of your room and the hotel overall. Your kind remarks about the friendliness and helpfulness of our staff are also greatly appreciated.
At the same time, we are sorry to learn about your experience during your early morning departure. Please accept our sincere apologies if the situation regarding the bottled water caused disappointment. Due to the early hour and the urgency of your taxi departure, our colleagues were unable to provide bottled water immediately at 3 a.m. We would like to kindly note that as fresh drinking water is available in every guest room's minibar, we do not keep additional stock at the Front Desk, and our bar is closed at that time. Of course, our intention is always to ensure guests can access refreshments as conveniently as possible, and we regret that this situation did not fully meet your expectations.
Your feedback has been shared with our Front Desk team for review, and as an additional measure, we are planning to install a water dispenser in the lobby so guests can have easy access to drinking water at any time.
