Having a good team working for you it's a winner, you don't have that, nobody's smiling at the reception and the morning for the breakfast it was worst. Only the housekeeping was friendly and smiling. The first impression pass through the front desk, even if you have many person behind the counter it doesn't help if nobody welcoming you with a smile!

On arrival we were put in a fabulous looking room. However, there was a strong smell on entry. At first we thought it was left over from someone visiting the bathroom before we entered so opened a few windows and waited. However the smell did not go away. Twice porters entered the room for other reasons and both agreed that the room stunk, yet twice nothing was done about it. We slept in the room overnight and were awaken with the stench of sewer. We ask to be moved to another room. No apologies were given for spending a night in the sewer-smelling room and the room we were moved to was of lesser quality. The concierge insisted that it was an 'upgrade' but it certainly didn't feel like it: smaller size, smaller bathroom; no bath; smaller furniture etc. We understand that glitches happen and that sometimes things happen that are beyond the control of the hotel. The mark of a great hotel is what they actually do when something like this happens - and this hotel did very poorly indeed.

Disappointing experience, the door frame was damaged and there was constant noise from the hallway.

Disappointed. Nice entry and lobby, but poor overall stay. Rooms should be cleaned daily and turnover service should be available. Felt more budget than premium.

Замечательный отель рядом с центром города. Нет ничего к чему можно было бы придраться. Все было отлично. Понравились завтраки. Посещение wellnes позволило восстанавливаться после долгих прогулок по Будапешту. Хотим выразить всему персоналу нашу огромную благодарность. Советую всем этот отель.

Plassering, frokost og spa var bra. Rommet var litt lite, trangt på badet med dør og toalett. Sengen var lav og putene var harde. Tempurputer er ikke for alle. Det var ikke kjøleskap på rommet.

The location, breakfasg and spa was good. Very clean. What I didn’t like was that the bed was low and the pillows were tol hard. Tempur pillows ks bot for every one. Also missed having a fridge.
