GOOD hotel, nice relaxing reception area. enjoyed coming back in the evening after a day out to find soft music played life from the piano in the reception area.

Nice people, very quick check in anda check out. Very clean rooms. I miss the choice between different pillos

Not 4 star, poor experience from start to end. Only positive was Kenga (duty manager) made effort to rectify. However after we spoke I had a terrible breakfast experience which just consolidated all of above. This hotel is trying to brand itself as 4.5 star but really more like 3-3.5 in my opinion. Much improvement required
