Disappointed with the lack of follow-through on the simple blocked drain issue. This has to be the most basic issue in running a hotel! Why should it require 3 attempts to get a shower to drain at 50%?? In fairness, the night manager wrote a note of apology and offered a free bottle of wine but nobody ever followed-up to see if the drain was actually working! That should have been done the very first time!!

Great but you were let down by the company you use and sell tickets for the Hop on Hop Off city tours.
I know you will have an agreement through the alliance but they are so poor they reflect on your hotel. Worth thinking about !

Hotel Top, Lage Top, Service lässt zu wünschen übrig.Gebuchtes Frühstück gab es nur gegen Aufpreis 15 Euro pro Person ( Anreisetag 9:00 Uhr) und am Abreisetag sollte es für Besucher die vor 7:00 Uhr abreisen ein Kleines Frühstück geben . Was komplett ausfiel .!!!!!!!!!!!!
