Lovely hotel and staff. Just a shame when I walked out the front door there was a tramp with his trousers down injecting heroin! I mean I understand it’s not your fault however I was pretty scared as to what kind of area we were staying in!!

Decent enough but if visiting again I’d either look at a different hotel or stick with a standard room.

Excellent hotel, modern but elegant feel to it. Receptionists very helpful & room very comfortable. My only constructive comment would be that I believe as a 4 star hotel you should not be charging guests just to use the swimming pool! I understand the rationale for charging for use of spar & treatments but I have never been charged extra just to use a swimming pool in a 4 star hotel before & I have been to a lot of hotels with swimming pools. I also spoke to other guests who felt the same. That said we certainly enjoyed our stay with you otherwise.
