Dejligt hotel i et godt centralt område, god service.

We had a taxi to the hotel from the Airport for about 7.800 ft. The last day we asked the hotel to order a taxi for us, from the hotel to the airport. But then it was the hotels own car (Mercedes) that has a price of 9.200 ft. We only had 8.000 ft left, because we did know the price from the taxi when we arrived to the hotel, which was in the middle of the day with a lot of traffic.
I think it is very bad customer-service, cause we asked for a taxi, and didn’t got the information about the other car. The different in price isn’t that much, but we did’t got what we asked for. And yes, the Mercedes was better than a taxi, but we didn’t ask for this.
But I loved the hotel. Very beautiful!

We absolutely loved Budapest and our time there. The only downside was the air conditioning did not seem to work well. It kept kicking on and off and never did get to the temperature set. Although annoying we were not in the room for extended periods of time except to sleep. It was then that it was an issue as we would wake up in the middle of the night with the room very warm and the AC not working. It would come back on in the early morning.

The staff was awesome, in particular Atilla and the Galleria Staff.

We hope to return next year!

Brilliant, helpful and friendly staff. Aesthetics of the hotel were great and was located in a perfect area with centred access to all areas of pest with easy links to Buda as well.

Bellissimo hotel in posizione centralissima per poter visitare il centro storico e la città a piedi. Personale preparato e servizi di altissimo livello. Nota particolare merita sicuramente l'area wellness al 7° piano della struttura con piscina all'aperto panoramica.
