Staying at Continental Hotel was an amazing experience. The room was cozy and clean and breakfast was exceptional.

At the same time, we sincerely regret the disappointment you experienced with our wellness facilities. We understand how important these amenities are when choosing accommodation, and we truly appreciate how frustrating it must have been to have limited access, particularly as the area was soon closing for refurbishment. While our wellness area is designed as a relaxing city-hotel retreat and is naturally limited in space, we strive to manage capacity as best as possible. The ongoing refurbishment—including technical upgrades, a new sauna, and improvements to both indoor and rooftop pools—is intended to enhance the overall guest experience. These works have been communicated on our website and booking platforms since January, but we regret if this information was not sufficiently visible at the time of your reservation.

While our in-room TVs do not currently feature streaming apps, we provide a strong and unlimited Wi-Fi connection, allowing guests to enjoy their favourite movies or shows on personal devices. Screen mirroring is also possible with an application on your device. The instruction is visible on the TV screen. We hope you will be able to take advantage of these options on your next visit.

It would have been our pleasure to assist you during your stay, and we kindly encourage guests to share any concerns on-site, as we are always happy to go the extra mile to ensure greater satisfaction whenever possible. Nagyon elégedettek vagyunk az utazásunkkal. Nagyon kedves a személyzet a recepción és reggeli beengedésnél (Béla) is, annak ellenére, hogy sorban kellett állni az asztalokért, annyira tele volt a helyiség. Jó elhelyezkedésű, patináns épület, szép szobákkal.

Köszönjük szépen, hogy megosztotta velünk visszajelzését, és hogy budapesti tartózkodása során szállodánkat választotta.

Örömmel olvastuk, hogy kellemesen érezte magát nálunk, és hogy elégedett volt központi elhelyezkedésünkkel, szállodánk hangulatával, valamint szobáink kényelmével. Külön köszönjük kedves szavait kollégáink figyelmességéről és a reggelinél tapasztalt vendégszeretetről — ez nagy elismerés számunkra.

Sajnáljuk ugyanakkor, hogy a reggeli idején tapasztalt nagyobb forgalom miatt várakoznia kellett. Igyekszünk ilyenkor is gördülékeny kiszolgálást biztosítani, ugyanakkor a nyugodtabb élmény érdekében a korábbi érkezést szoktuk javasolni, amikor a reggeliző általában csendesebb.
