We rented out a suite for a week. The room was spacious and comfortable. Despite being in the centre you couldn't heat any noise from outside. The hotel has also a very nice coffee bar on the first floor and pools on the rooftop, which were also amazing.
The reason for just giving four stars instead of five is that the service could improve slightly. When we asked the hotel reception whether any museums are open on the national day, the response was everything is closed. We later learned that museums are not just open but partially wave the admission fees to celebrate the national day. Further, we handed in laundry and underwear was reclassified as T-shirts which is three times more expensive. It would have not been an issue, if the hotel staff informs the guests first before adding the extra charges. When feedback was provided to the reception, we got an explanation that in Hungary this kind of underwear doesn't exist!? However, you can buy it in any shop in Budapest. We felt a little bit fooled.
So overall a good experience but don't count on the reception, if you need any information
