We were very impressed with this lovely hotel. Great location for tourists. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Modern spacious room. Excellent breakfast.

Soggiorno piacevole. Staff gentile e disponibile.

This is not the first time our company choosed Zara hotel for business stay. We are quite often there for more than 5 years. But I have to say this time we were little bit dissapointed. Stuff at the reception didnt really have a good day - smile would be enough :).
Second, room cleanliness was little bit poor - hair and dust in the bathroom.
Usually there was also a complimentary water / chocolate / weather forecast waiting for frequent guest. This time, nothing.

Near metro station and supermarket. Don’t feel the warm and welcome feel from front desk.

I plan on visiting Budapest again and most likely for next year’s F1 and I will not hesitate on booking with you again. The perfect start to the day with your breakfast ( and area ) and the pool to end the day is great.
