It was a Very pleasant stay. Very friendly staff. Really good breakfast.

The overall experience was average. The hotel did not stand out for any particular reason. The best part of the hotel service was the concierge. They assisted with a dinner reservation and transportation to/from the airport and train station. The housekeeping was a disappointment as they did not adequately clean and restock our room each day. The rooms were average and could use some thought for arrangement and furniture due to lack of space.

We absolutely loved our time at this hotel in the very beautiful Budapest. Very grand with a luxurious feel, we shall be back to stay at this fine hotel for our next visit to Budapest!
