We really enjoyed our stay. It was our 4th visit to Budapest and this was probably our favourite hotel so far (& we stayed in New York Palace last time!!!)

Très bel hôtel, super petit déjeuner, personnel attentionné, seul bémol l’eau de la piscine intérieure était froide.

Very good. Lovely decoration and atmosphere. It was disappointing that the swimming pool was expensive to use. Most hotels that we have stayed in the pool is always free.

Ein Hotel, welches ist auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen würde. Das Personal ist zuvorkommen und sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Wellness sind toll und die Zimmer sauber mit großen Bett. Das Hotelgebäude hat eine schöne alte Architektur und die Lage ist zentral.

Enjoyed friendliness of the staff,location and cleanliness,the only disappointment was the €8 pp daily charge to use the spa facilities, it would have been nice to use the steam room for 20/30 minutes at the end of each day but not at that price. €8 for the duration of the stay maybe but certainly not per session
