The overall experience of the hotel was very good. The staff , the location and the hotel itself made our stay in Budapest very relaxing and joyful. The only let down was the leaking shower.

My husband and myself loved staying at this hotel and we will be back. We walked everywhere as the location was so good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The service of the taxi from the airport and back was efficient and definitely took away the stress of worrying how we were getting to and from the airport.

Room and faciliteter was in bad shape. The staff was very unfriendly when we arrived.

Perfect for me and my son, 17 years old. So relaxing to have access to the wellness/spa. And to be able to walk to the places we like to visit as well. A beautifull city and a really nice hotell of yours. We would love to come back .

The hotel was good. Shower cubicle could have been bigger. Bed very comfortable.

good value for money, the room was comfortable although with a small bathroom and a the space for the pc was small. excellent gym and very nice pools.
