Good Hotel, no complain. Our room was quite and good standard. Certain details may need a bit more mantainance. Reception were fine. Breakfast was great, good selection. Sometimes we were missing some smiles, couldn't understand why waiters take off your plates before even finishing to eat, especially during a not busy period. However, absolutely good Hotel and I will reccomend it in future.

Good location. Helpful staff - facilities good & main hotel areas beautiful- room a little tired in decor.

Si quelqu’un de l’accueil parlait Français, vu qu’il y a pas de touristes francophones, ce serait mieux.

I asked for an upgrade in advance but when I came to the hotel the lady at front desk told me you're upgraded due to your Expedia gold status for free. Very nice of her! When I checked out front desk charged me for upgrade anyway.
