Continental Hotel Budapest

The room space is standard, modern, very clean and in excellent condition. Staff are quite professional. The location is a bit challenge to locate by foot due to lack of landmark or sign, though, it get easier to find when we get familiar with the streets.

Good but staff weren’t approachable or friendly

A city with few attractions. There where only shops like restaurants. It's very difficult find shops of fashion and trandly

I think that the location is depends in what you won't to do. For us it's was far from most of the thing. Also we didn't under stand that we need to oay moor money for the swimmingpool
. We pay more than alot of hotels and I don't shut that it's worth it...
The place was very clean. And the people that work at the hotel are super nice and help...

Soggiorno piacevole, unica pecca è stata la mancanza di accappatoi in camera che sarebbero utili per la spa e la piscina.

Some of the staff were not very helpful and acted like it was a chore when it came to speak to us! Also the deposit that was paid when we checked in has not been returned even tho I have emailed about this a few days ago!

Very enjoyable. The room was very clean as was the hotel in general. The staff were very friendly. Just a cople of opportuities.
1) some linens were piled in the hallway were my room was for a couple of days which as not pleasant to see. 2) On one day I had to leave very early one morning and I wanted to have my breakfast early. Although the staff would let me take a few things i had to wait an additional 15 minutes (at 7:00) to eat. I understand that the restaurant has hours and I did not expect full service if they were not ready to open, but it would have been nice if they could have accomodated my request as I had to rush to make my appointment. Overall very satisfied.

It was really nice, especially staying in the clean and fresh hotel in summertime. Service personnel were all really good trained. I would love to visit again.

Front desk was especially helpful in locating sites and providing maps, Followed up with restaurant when we were unable to use a credit card. Helpful in storing bags and in getting them to our room as well as calling for a cab very early in the morning. Bar tender was uncharacteristically unfriendly, but all other staff we encountered were excellent and took pride in their hotel.

Lovely hotel with pleasant friendly staff. Fabulous choice at breakfast and roof pool lovely at the end of the day. A short walk or taxi to the river and sights would definitely go back.
