I left my wallet in the room and left the country. The front desk arranged a delivery immediately. The communication was swift and without delay. Help and understanding in such cases counts the most! Thanks to the concierge service, Mr Niels!

Ein tolles Hotel mit klasse Service in einer super Lage, ich habe es bereits Freunden empfohlen und werde auch sicherlich wiederkommen. Die Zimmer sind schön, nur die Bäder etwas klein. Gutes Frühstück.

Overall okay but also nothing special. The rooms were clean but the room service was only average. We needed to ask for towels twice (in three days) and never really got what we asked for (either only big or only small towels). The personel in the restaurant was very keen on tips although a rather high service charge is already added to each bill. The airport shuttle was finally 20% more expensive than indicated because of added taxes and service charges, so principally everything had a light bitter aftertaste.
