It was great! Helpful staff. A pleasant stay as always! I also got a room that I liked. The Spa area is just great after a busy day in the city. But they tried to the last to convince me to take the a taxi to the airport instead of the regular bus which I do not find appropriate. I have been to Budapest several times now and know what is best for me. The staff person also exaggerated the time it would take with the bus to the airport. Remember you have different guests with different needs. Apart from that it is a lovely hotel that I’m always happy to return to.
