We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We found all the staff we dealt with friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed your Christma carols on the Sunday of our stay.

La chambre était satisfaisante mais les services proposés ne sont pas à la hauteur (spa, voiturier aéroport, petit déjeuner)
Certains membres du personnel sont très agréables et d'autres pas du tout.

Grundsätzlich i.O., aber doch mit einigem Steigerungspotential. An den Details feilen. Da wären motivierte und mitdenkende Mitarbeiter Gold wert.

Staff on reception very friendly and helpful .as were all the staff we came in contact with in the hotel . will definitely use hotel again
