The price should motivate a better standard of the room, for example a window . The cleaning och service also. There are other options in the same price category that is much better. And when I complaint, i only got the answer that this is what we booked. If this was the executive, how does the standard and the deluxe room look like? Good taxicompany though.

Très bonne établissement situation centrale.
Petit déjeuner complet et très bonne accueil
Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'essayer l'espace bien être.
Pour le prix je ne sais pas car nous étions invités

We were very happy overall. Our room was attractive and clean. We had the suite and my sons were in a room for two. The only problem with our room was the issue with the shower curtain, The tub is on an angle and the curtain did not go across the tub. It was very awkward and difficult not to get water all over the floor. The breakfast was plentiful and absolutely delicious. The staff in the lobby were very professional and extremely helpful .

It is a shame for your hotel that the staff is not friendly at all. We didn't feel welcome at all. The worst were the Receptionists.

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms a bit on the small side but clean and tidy. Hotel lobby very nice and the staff were very friendly

We spent three wonderful days in Budapest. Hotel in general was satisfactory, unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t work. I would also suggest more breakfast optiona/varsity. However, I would recommend this hotel and I would probably stay here again.
