A very enjoyable stay. All staff were polite and helpful. There were plenty of reception staff at all times, so there were no lengthy waits for service.

Satisfait. Nous étions venus en 2014. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, propose un large choix de service. Le personnel est toujours aidant. La qualité du petit déjeuner est à revoir selon moi.

Overall, we felt very comfortable through our stay. The staff at front desk and concierge was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the interior architecture and design are nice, the other guests were well behaved, breakfast very good, WiFi worked good. We also liked the location off the busy streets yet quite central and in walking distance to metro. The only disappointment was the very small bathroom, especially the entrance to the shower, and that there was no views at all (windows frosted).

Warm reception from helpful staff. Most enjoyable, ideal for our short break holiday. Good location with nearby transport links.

Staff was excellent, very responsive to requests for assistance, and great with assisting with planning activities. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are fine, nothing special as hotels go, location is great.

I am sure I booked a room with breakfast and at the reception I was informed that the price of breakfast is 15 euro.
