Great but you were let down by the company you use and sell tickets for the Hop on Hop Off city tours.
I know you will have an agreement through the alliance but they are so poor they reflect on your hotel. Worth thinking about !

Hotel Top, Lage Top, Service lässt zu wünschen übrig.Gebuchtes Frühstück gab es nur gegen Aufpreis 15 Euro pro Person ( Anreisetag 9:00 Uhr) und am Abreisetag sollte es für Besucher die vor 7:00 Uhr abreisen ein Kleines Frühstück geben . Was komplett ausfiel .!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good location and beautiful building in the heart of Budapest. The room was a bit worn and torn and the bathroom was ver small. The AC was loud, so it was impossible to sleep with it on. Otherwise, very nice and friendly staff, good restaurant and and service
