We had a very positive experience. Very quite building, although in a very lively neighborhood. Excellent and professional staff, both in the preparational as well as in the execution phase.

The Finnish sauna was a pleasant surprise and the outdoor pool was lovely. We were very satisfied.

This is my second stay at the hotel. It's in a super location, close to historic sites by foot or just a short walk to the metro. The hotel personnel are friendly, helpful and professional and the rooms are clean, comfortable and perfect for a short city visit. I look forward to staying again next time I'm in Hungary.

Fenomenal. Situated in a very interesting area with easy access to public transportation. Near coffee shops and restaurants.

Very good hotel, great structure, good rooms, restaurant and spa. Really a relaxing space within the city. Despite being very crowded and with several events in its halls, the service was excellent, and we had no problem during our stay. Plus they were especially attentive at our checkout, storing our bags, offering access to the spa and calling a special airport transfer by appointment. The location in the Jewish quarter is good for those who like the hustle and bustle of the funky bars around, but it's also not that far to get to the most touristy part of the city. Only caveat is the shower door that could be better fenced so as not to spread so much water
