Requested double bed and was given a twin. Asked reception to swop but they said we’d have to wait until the next day yet still wasn’t given one. Not happy how we was forgotten about and given a twin although when booked asked for double.

A part les chambres pas très bien isolées et le problème du samedi avec toutes ces personnes qui buvaient de la bière dans le spa et la piscine, le séjour aurait été super

The operation hours from the fitness- room from 9 are really to late for me. I would prefore to workout from 6:30 or 7:00 o'clock.

We had a great time. The staff is friendley, the location is great, the only thing I would suggest is that, we were a group traveling together and I searched your webside to figure out is you had AirPort transportation. But on the webside you only give information on metró-stadion, taxi, etc. Which made us book transportation through someone else. Only the week before you sent me information about transportation options. I only suggest that you would make the option clearer on you webside. Cause based on your webside it seems like that is something you don’t offer.
