Great stay in a great location! Very helpful staff and very clean. My only disappointment was massages were fully booked. I’ll book in advance next time.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr nette Angestellte, aber keine 4 Sterne superior! Extrakosten waren unklar, z.B. kostete der Pool extra (Spa-Bereich), Zimmer sehr klein, penetranter Geruch (Lufterfrischer?) im ganzen Haus...

Overall, a very good stay. No clear price information regarding the mini-bar. The pillows were uncomfortable but the bed was decent. The shower cover was not functioning appropreiatley and water was dripping down to the floor. However, the the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

VERY POOR AND EXPENSIVE BREAKFAST, FOR 15 EURO/PERSON YOU CAN HAVE MANY MORE IN BUDAPEST, YOU DIDNT CHANGE THE TOWELS, YOU SELL THE BOOTLE OF WATER IN THE ROOM 900 HUF AND THE NORMAL PRICE IN 120 HUF!!

Ich war alles in einem sehr zufrieden, mich ärgert aber das mit meinem privaten Gegenstand der einfach verschwunden ist, nachdem das zimmer sauber gemacht wurde! Eine Rezeptionistin sagte ich würde eine Entschädigung dafür bekommen, beim Check Out habe ich allerdings nichts erstattet bekommen. Das fand ich sehr schade
