Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen - freundliches Team an der Rezeption gibt gut verständliche Hinweise anhand des Stadtplans, wie die einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß, per Tram und Bus zu erreichen sind - wir waren mit den gegebenen Hinweisen sehr zufrieden - das Team war in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit.

The architecture and history of this hotel had me in awe. The service was exceptional; the staff friendly, attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

Good room, good location, wellness area was not what we expected (pool/sauna just for a few people), breakfast was also not what we expected (we read about an excellent breakfast but this was only standard)
