I arrived to the hotel early and understandably couldn't have a room. I travel a lot for work and although I understand that it's not always possible to offer the room before the official check-in time, there are more friendlier ways to express it without making the customer feel uncomfortable. I went for lunch, came back and asked, worked in the lobby and asked again two times. Every time the receptionist looked like I was bothering her and it took much for her to check whether the room was ready or not. Maybe it was because of that that when I got the room at 2pm, I was given a room where they did some renovations (by the sound of it) next door. The continued with the drilling until 7pm. It would have been nice to know this as I got the room. I didn't bother asking to change the room as it was so hard to get one in the first place.

Not too good neither too bad. The room was too small but also the cleanliness standards were not as i expected them to be.

Loved this hotel! Beautiful foyer, really great location- close to great cafes with good coffee, super comfortable beds and really clean!
